Frames of Mind is a monthly film event utilizing film and
video to promote professional and community education on issues pertaining
to mental health and illness.

All screenings are at Pacific Cinematheque Theatre 1131 Howe St, Vancouver, BC and are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
